Manning: Well Jay Rinehart, I know it really means something to be part of the Rinehart Realty team. And you're not just looking for anybody to be part of this team, you're looking for people who are really motivated to do good.
Jay Rinehart: Manning, thank you so much for bringing that up. We're looking for professionals. When we talk about being real estate advisors, and having been advisors for over 50 years now in this area, we're really tied into the community. So somebody that comes and becomes a part of the Rinehart Realty family, it's very important. And when we say that, we are in a recruiting mode right now, where we want to bring in a handful of additional agents to be able to handle the work that our clients have bestowed upon us. And when we look at agents, we are looking for people that are professionals in this marketplace. What does that mean? They're going to do this full-time. They're going to actually spend the time being trained by us, coming to our meetings, being a part of our team here at Rinehart Realty, part of our culture, and making sure that they can then put that forth in helping their clients—our clients.
Manning: The bottom line is, to be part of the Rinehart Realty team means you have to be a consummate professional. You really want to do this, and you really want to learn how to do it better.
Jay Rinehart: That's right. We study every single week, we train every single week, and the neat thing about it is we all ask questions of each other, because iron sharpens iron.
